On Wednesday 14th December Liverpool Progressive School held its third International Christmas Market. It was a huge success and a fun filled afternoon for all.
Some of the items that were sold were made by the students during their weekly enterprise sessions. We raised almost £500 pounds which will be spent on the students in the New Year.
LPS would like to thank everyone involved for making the day so special, from the students who contributed to the families who attended. We had an inflatable grotto and the students really enjoyed receiving gifts from Santa.
“The Christmas Fair was well attended by parents and other family members including aunts, uncles and grandparents. As well as the items made by students we had a café with cake and coffee which was brilliant, lots of raffle prizes were won and a huge hamper was donated by one of the parents. A big “thank you” to all our students and staff especially Rafal Glowacki who worked so hard in organising everything.” Linda Dunbavand, Head Teacher.
